16 weeks and not feeling pregnant

Does anyone else feel like this? Its my 2nd baby and honestly dont think i have felt any flutters or kicks yet 🙁 im getting a bit worried as i have also had a horrible cold this past week with a cough. Had no morning sickness, just nausea. Got my midwife appointment this Thursday but wondered if anyone else felt the same?
