Has anyone had it before? And didnt get it again?

I had with my first and caught it at 37 weeks, had to be induced right away. I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant with my second and I've been tested twice so far and dont have it. I'm super paranoid about getting it again during these last 7 weeks...should I have my doc keep testing me every visit just in case? I don't want to be annoying to him cause I keep asking. I feel like I'm gonna ask anyways just because the condition is super dangerous for the baby.
