I'm so mad at myself...

Has anyone else ever done this? I've been so stressed lately about my late period (even after getting negatives) that I started to symptom spot. ... oooh there's a full cramp or my back hurts, or I think I'm dizzy. Told myself id give myself a break the last two days and just chill out and try to accept the negative and have not had a single symptom... Did I really just psych myself out before.. Like wow our bodies do crazy things!
