C- Section and Abs
Hi ladies!!!
I had a C-Section a year and a half ago. Then had to have my gallbladder removed (1 year and 4 months ago). I have started working out and incorporating ab workouts. My question is did you guys feel like a pulling sensation every time you worked out. Also super super sore afterwards. It feels so tight and almost like something is gonna rip inside. Will that pulling feeling go away? Or is this normal and will go away the more I workout. Thanks!
**Also I don't have diastis recti and I'm doing post-partum friendly ab workouts.
