I’m terrified..

So as of today I am 31+6 and I am absolutely terrified at the thought of labor. This will be my first and I’m really excited but I am just so scared. Does anyone have any advice or stories they can share? Good and bad.. reading all kinds of stuff sorta helps. TIA
