Is it wrong to give my child my last name? I’ve been alone throughout this pregnancy. Struggling. The dad wants to be in the child life. I don’t know what to do. He been so horrible to me. Constantly telling me how much he doesn’t care about me. Just the child. The next he doesn’t want the child. The next his threatening my life. He doesn’t need to be with me but to constantly keep on emotionally abuse someone, is wrong. I do want what’s best for my son but is there’s a rule that said I must give my son his last name. I live in Florida.
