Ok so I'm sorry for posting this I was the kind of person that always thought that I would never post this lol, but really want to know what the heck this is. Is white and just saw it after I pee. I'm 23 weeks pregnant. Should I be concerned?

Spoke to my midwife, and because I fell on Thursday to, and started cramping and getting some other cramps on my vagina, they told me to go in just to check it out.... they said it could be discharge, but it could be tissue from the water breaking, or starting to.
