Can't eat :(

Hi girls, it's my first time posting here trying to find some help.

Two years ago, I lost a staggering 66lbs due to depression and anxiety. I would eat no more than a couple of saltines a day and only drink water. I was never hungry and before I realized how much weight I had lost, it was too late. My depression and anxiety are much better and since then, I've been able to put up 17lbs but man, it's still very hard to eat without getting full right away.

I start going going the gym next Monday and I'm hoping that will help but, does anybody have any tips on how I can also "train" my body to eat more? My goal is to go back to my old weight (or close to it) but I'm scared pure exercise won't do it. I'd appreciate any comments!
