Has anyone gotten the early gender blood test done it later found out it was wrong?

The NIPT (done through your doctor), I’ve never heard of it being wrong. I’ve heard of sneak peek (the one you buy and do at home) to be wrong three times.

This just happened to my nephew and his fiancé. Early blood test said boy, a few weeks later they did the anatomy scan and found out it was actually a girl.
