18 years old and just want to be single.

I’m 18 and I have been dating my boyfriend for 7 months and I’m just no longer interested in being in a relationship. I’m going away for college and I just know it’s not going to work out. I barely have time for him now and I am in high school never mind college. I just don’t know how to end things and I feel guilty.
