With 3 being severe, 2 being mild and 1 being not bad, how painful are your cramps?

I think I may have endometriosis. My fiancé has wanted to take me to true hospital before for my cramps

​I almost throw up and I can't move. My thighs burn inside. It almost hurts to breathe.

​Thankfully, this doesn't happen every month!! :)

It starts at a three and stays there for about two days. Then it's a one the other two days after that until my flow stops.

Sometimes I would get cramps so and I'd feel like throwing up. Hot water bottle and sleep. I don't take pain meds, I feel more natural and real to be able to handle the awful pain of cramps
