What can i take or use ?

I'm almost 8 weeks I have really bad stomach cramps what can I take or do to help ? I'm a FTM im not sure what I can and can't have/do my appointment isn't for another 2 weeks so I'm just seeing if anyone has any advice

My doctor says for stomach cramps I can use a heating pad but for short periods of time. It’s important to not leave the pad on for too long because 1. Burning the skin and 2. We don’t want to raise the temp of utero
