It's physically impossible to be pregnant and have a period. It is possible to be pregnant and to have light bleeding around the time of your period which would be implantation.

You can bleed but that’s not a period. Anything that soaks a pad should be seen by a dr.

I personally know 2 people who had period like bleeding the whole pregnancy every month. And both had healthy children. But needs to be monitored by the doctor
