Cramping??

I’m 11 weeks & cramping on one side. I’ve already had an ultrasound at 6 weeks so no chance of ectopic. No bleeding or anything. & babys heartbeat is still strong on Doppler. Is this just from my uterus stretching?? It’s kinda dull but It’ll hurt a little more randomly & it also kinda hurts in my lower back like right at the top of my butt on the right side too. I know cramping is normal most of the time but i just worry with it being one sided

Yeah it’s round ligament / stretching pain. I had it my entire pregnancy. It still happens now even after baby (4 days pp) bc everythings going back to normal size. No need to worry!!

Cramping is normal in pregnancy especially during the first trimester. If it’s one sided you could possibly have a cyst on your ovary, which are common and nothing to worry about. I cramped on my left side mostly and turns out I have a cyst on my left ovary. Next time you go in for an ultrasound ask them to check.

There’s definitely a bunch of ligaments starting to stretch both in the uterus and the lower back.

I had plenty of cramps (even one-sided) at the beginning of my pregnancy. I just narrowed it down to everything starting to stretch out! I’m now due in 3 days so I can assure you that it was quite normal! Don’t stress it, and good luck! 😊
