When are you washing baby clothes and packing your hospital bag?

I washed clothes I believe at 29 weeks since I got the dresser and just finished packing my bags at 32 weeks.

I kinda took my time washed baby clothes on 30 and barely washed my hospital clothes around the end of 31 but still not fully packed, CS scheduled on week 38 and I just turned 32 weeks so, still time left.

Washed baby clothes through week 33-34 (34 weeks today), it was recommended by my hospital to pack the hospital bag at 35 weeks, and I don’t have the bag yet, so on the 5th if my sister who has been begging to get my hospital/diaper bag doesn’t get it, I’m going to that day and pack it that day too.

I washed clothes at 28 weeks when everyone told me they were done giving me baby clothes. I started packing my hospital bag at 20 weeks because I was panicking about it, and then I finished packing it at 25 weeks after I got out of the hospital for a short stay for preterm labor. I've had it completely packed since then, and I've had my bag in the back seat of my car since 28 weeks

I'm 32 weeks, I still have two baby showers coming up, I need to go through all my daughters stuff things for my 2nd girl then I'll wash those things and what not. But I won't pick my hospital bag till the day I go into labor.
