Lord 😣 that was not comfortable at all. My OB is so rough. I was still trying to catch my breath and he was already gone out of the room.

He said I was 1cm dilated and said it may help but “it’s not as effective as everyone makes it seem”.. he’s a very straightforward no empathy kind of doctor lol.

Anyways, the sweep really scared me actually. Idk if I’m as ready for labour as I thought.. but hopefully it does something so that pain wasn’t for nothing!

Anyone else have it done recently?
