My cesarean was emergent and pretty traumatizing. I’d been laboring drug free and was completely dilated and effaced when my son’s heart rate continued dropping lower and lower. We tried to do a forceps delivery, but there just wasn’t enough time.. they wheeled me across the hall and had me open on the table in a matter of minutes.

My C-section was unplanned, but not an emergency situation.
My daughter was too large to properly descend (10lbs 4oz, 40cm head), so I didn’t dilate past 6-7cm. Baby and I were absolutely fine, but the doctor advised that a C-section would be the route to go down.
Honestly it was a pretty good experience for me!

My c-section wasn’t planned, but wasn’t an emergency either. After 29hrs they were like “okay, she’s not coming out so let’s do a c-section.” Lol 😂

It was kind of an emergency c section my blood pressure and heart rate were dropping lower than they wanted and her head was too big for my pelvis. OBGYN said she could have broken her collarbone if she’d been born vaginally. They had her out in less than 5 minutes. It was rushed and traumatic but she was born healthy and that’s all I cared about

Mine was planned c-section scheduled for the 1st Feb but then had to have an emergency c-section on the 25th Jan due to high blood pressure

Emergency for me. My kid decided to twist his head coming out and after pushing for 2 hours and both of our heart rates dropping they rushed us back to the OR. Scary thing is I never even thought of him having an issue or losing oxygen but two babies I know of after him had the same thing happen and now have brain damage 😱

Planned c-section for me. My daughter decided to flip to the breech position at 32 weeks and she was not budging. I'm due with my second in July and will be having another planned c-section

First was natural and second was a csection. It was planned but she decided to come a day earlier.
