1st trimester insomnia. Please help!
This is my first pregnancy, and while I’m feeling almost reassured by the nausea, headaches and fatigue, I feel like I can’t tend to these symptoms because my mind is so busy! I’m still early in my pregnancy so I’m having normal fears, but also, all these thoughts and changes are really bombarding my mind. I’m SO exhausted, but falling asleep is difficult due to the stressors and busy mind. Any seasoned mommy’s have any advice??? I want to be in a good place for my baby and these symptoms and the lack of sleep are making that so tough.
