Pain from menstral cup?

Hey ladies! 👋🏼 has anyone ever had any pain from a menstral cup? I’ve used one for almost a year now and today idk if I inserted it wrong somehow or what but it was hurting so bad that it felt like cramps. I checked to make sure it was placed okay but idk what was wrong. Anybody else experience this?

I get that pretty much every period. I think it’s just the pressure from the cup. It makes me feel bloated and crampy, but it goes away after I move around for a little bit.

I did once so I removed and reinserted it and was fine after that.
