Uterus cramping while peeing??

FTM & I am 20 weeks and some days pregnant, and a lot of the time when I pee it feels like my whole uterus/stomach cramps up or has tugging sensations and it kinda hurts, nothing unbearable though. Has anyone had this? Is it normal?

Omg I have this now at 29 weeks it only last 10 seconds but it’s painful! I have been getting them occasionally throughout the day to, should I be worried ?!

I get it when I finally wake up and  get out of bed to pee at night. I worry about a UTI. So I try to drink mostly water during the day and avoid sugary and caffeinated drinks. And pee as soon as you need to. Don’t hold it in.

I used to get it from not peeing when I first needed to! I guess it’s the pressure release.

Yea I get it when I don’t go pee right away.
