THEY FIT (and some other random stuff)
When I came home from the hospital with our little one, my body was NOT the same (go figure). I beat myself up over it for some stupid reason, but my husband wouldn't let me forget I was perfect to him. I am so blessed to have a man in my life who understands that I went through something huge and will need time to heal, physically and emotionally. He helped me not freak out over the stretch marks, the extra skin, the pudge I tried so hard to avoid, the soreness. He constantly reminds me how proud he is and how beautiful he thinks I am. On top of working 5 days a week, he helps me with the dishes and dinner when I don't get to it, changes diapers and soothes our fussy (but beautiful) daughter, and just completely is fantastic as a husband and a daddy. He motivated me to feel good, and still does. SO
6 weeks PP. I was cleared to exercise at 5 weeks, and I just got brave enough go try on a pair of jeans... THEY FIT. I have a bit of a muffin pudge hanging over either side (I should have taken a picture from the front) but I am happy. First time in 6 months I've worn real pants!
So I WORE my wranglers I missed so dearly to walmart. And I also wore my little love bug in her carrier. Had to share with somebody other than my husband..
Here is one of our love bug for good measure...
A cute one of the hubs and sweet pea last month😍
PLEASE share pictures of yourselves, your little ones, your husbands! I love seeing other people's happiness.
