I’ve just had another outbreak right after I was treated for it, I noticed a new sore this morning which is itchy and painful, what’s the best way for me to get treatment in the UK? If this is going to be a regular occurrence can I just get treatment over the counter or would I have to go to the clinic or gp? I got treatment from the clinic originally but it’s a pain to get appointments there. Also are there any creams to soothe the sores and stop them itching? 😩
