Nothing to be done but tale the three hour. Don’t binge on sugar the night before...

Nothing you can do. Many people fail the one hour and pass the 3 hour. If you have GD you have it, no change in diet or anything before the 3 hour test will change that. Just eat like you’ve been eating and take the test. If negative, you’re fine. If positive, better to know about it so you can be properly treated and have less complications for baby
