I need advice please

A few days ago I got a faint line. Then the next day it was basically gone. Now I’ve continued to get faint lines for two days and have red spotting. Could I be pregnant? Most likely a chemical? I tested now thinking, ok this will definitely be negative because I had some blood last night. It almost looks slightly darker than my test 3 days ago?
