First of all I'm so glad to have found this community of supportive women! It's hard going through these things alone and if anyone needs someone to vent to I'm always here!

Secondly, I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I have been off of birth control since August. At the time, I have no cysts on my ovaries but my testosterone is high and I have very irregular cycles.

I just had a leep procedure done for high-grade cervical cancer cells a few months ago.

Just yesterday I talk to my doctor about TTC, and she prescribed me Moxy progesterone to "initiate" my period. Then she prescribed me 2.5 mg of letrozole to take from cycle day 5 to 9.

I'm curious how letrozole worked for you, if anyone does ovulate but very irregularly. Did you have any side effects from letrozole? And is there anyone who took provera followed by letrozole?
