Mine was around $2000 total I think with anesthesia etc. but this was also at Mayo Clinic one of the top hospitals so they are always going to be pricey.

I had met deductible so it was my copay amount. It also depends on insurance and how much you’ve paid down.

WITH our insurance, we paid $398.34 for anesthesia and $5,631.57 for the procedure.

I paid $4k for one, $2500 for one, and I think $750 for one.  Prices vary widely.   $750 was through Shady Grove after an IVF cycle issue.
