So I’m on my 4th baby. My second was a csection my third was a Vbac. Now I want to have another vaginal birth which has been ok’d by my doctor. Well today they had me come in for an ultrasound and said they baby is measuring almost 7lbs, I’m only 34w4d. That means the baby will be about 9-10lbs, according to my doctor at full term/birth. She’s worried the baby will be “too big” to birth. But ultimately it’s up to me to still try for another Vbac. Are ultrasound measurements even accurate?! Should I continue with my birthing plan unless medically told it’ll be unsafe obviously. Anyone with experience, or medically trained ultrasound tech that can vouch for it? Help me out.
