So I had a fertility consult after not conceiving in over a year & one miscarriage... had blood work done which was normal & my ultrasound showed follicles on my ovaries & one dominate egg meaning I hadn’t ovulated (which I was supposed to have already) ... I sometimes have irregular periods where I will be about 2-3 weeks late. My doctor said that I am ovulating late since I am having a period ..: I have no cysts and nothing looked out of wack so he believes I am just timing my sex wrong due to later ovulation. He said to track with ovulation strips this month because I have not ovulated yet (I am on day 18 of cycle) but he believes I will soon from ultrasound. If I do not become pregnant this month he will start my on chlomid ..: has anyone had this problem ? Is this good news ? Anyone have a delayed ovulation or take chlomid ?
