Af is late

According to glow I’m 3 days late for af. But last couple periods have been 26 days between cycles so according to that I would be 5 days late. Haven’t had any sign of af coming but about 2 weeks ago my right nipple was very sore (when I get dressed just clothes rubbing it hurt) and very hard. Even when I showered it was hard and this lasted until about 2 days ago. Now they are fine. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was a bfn. Was just wondering when I should test again? And if anyone had the same nipple pain/hardness and ended up being pregnant?
