Jail time??

My daughter got taken off me by her father. Due to alot of things.
I made the mistake of going to his house with a friend and beating his girlfriend up when he wasnt home.
They have pressed charges. I just want to know I have my court hearing for that on Tuesday... will I go to jail for that?

It's possible.   You should probably talk to a lawyer, they could give you better advice.   You recognize it was a mistake  - if you can show remorse to the judge it could help you.  Maybe start anger management classes to show that you're truly trying to get yourself better.
