In need of some gentle advice 🙏

Hi ladies. I'm on my second pregnancy, I am about 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I have a two year old daughter right now (she'll be 2 in April). I'm in distress because since having my daughter two years ago, I have gained about 30 pounds (bringing me to a whopping 200lbs at 5 feet and 5 inches). I'm scared that my pregnancy is going to be unhealthy because I'm now considered "obese". My questions are: how can I be healthier in this pregnancy to eliminate some of the risks associated with obesity and pregnancy? Is it safe to lose a little bit of weight in early pregnancy when obese to promote a healthy pregnancy later on? & Should I be worried because of my weight while being pregnant? I'm honestly just anxious..can anyone ease my mind a little bit ? đź’–
