Still not feeling pregnant..

It’s so weird. This is baby#2, I’m 6 1/2 weeks and still don’t really feel pregnant. With my daughter it was almost an instant feeling but not this time. I’m definitely pregnant( I’ve taken more tests then I like to admit) but that connection is missing. Maybe after my appointment on March 18th it’ll get better?
