Gestational sac 19mm yolk sac 2mm but no embryo

Hi all, please help me by sharing your experiences. I had an ultrasound on 18th Feb 2019 ( 7 weeks 2 days) it showed only gestational sac and 2 yolk sacs each measuring 2mm but embryo is not visualised doctor suggested to repeat the scan after 2 weeks. Doctor told 50 - 50 chances for normal pregnancy. Is this case with any one??
