While pregnant and baby came out ok?
Doctor told me “it’s like poison for a baby” but I can’t give it up since I drank it so much before becoming pregnant.

“Poison” is a little dramatic! Maybe try switching to caffeine-free Coke, especially if you drink a lot of it? Maybe alternate between Coke and a fun seltzer? Best of luck!

Pop/soda is bad for you whether you're pregnant or not. I barely drank any before being pregnant. I very occassionally get a craving for it, but I will have a glass if i do. My doctor just said if you are going to drink it dont drink diet while pregnant.

I never drank anything fizzy before pregnant but now all I want is Pepsi max - I have to drink a glass every day now 😝

It contains caffeine which you should definitely limit. But having a soda here and there won't hurt at all.

I drink soda maybe 3 times a week.  I try to stick to caffeine free if it’s Pepsi or coke, but if it’s something like Dr Pepper i dont and i just drink in moderation🤷🏼‍♀️

My midwife actually told me coke helps drive away morning sickness with little sips .. just monitor the caffine

I can drink 1-2 cans a day 🤷🏼‍♀️ my daughter was born healthy and fine, i have been partial to having a few this pregnancy aswell
