4+2 and so paranoid

I found out I was pregnant on Saturday with faint but obvious lines and then retested yesterday and have a lovely considerably darker line. Is this a good sign? I’m so paranoid my hcg levels won’t rise or something and I’ll have a mc😰can’t get the fear out of me
