Recently tried to call in my script for my birth control and walgreens has been saying they were trying to contact my doctor to have it approved. It's been a week and nothing has changed with the prescription. I am 1 year postpartum and I do not want any more babies... At least not yet. I also don't have insurance at the moment and won't have it until next year. Do I need to go back to the doctor to be reevaluated for birth control? Has this happened to anyone else. I'm trying to avoid paying for a doctors visit out of pocket if I can.
