Low cervix

Hey mamas! Just went to do an ultrasound and they found that my cervix was measuring super low (2.45) and I’m 19+4 days preggo (second pregnancy) but ultrasound is measuring 20+4 days. Has anybody encounter this and was able to have a full term baby? Did you get your cervix stitch or put a disc or take pills to thicken up your cervix?
