Slightly dramatic but I’m SO bummed. We tried out the baby name we picked before Baby was even conceived. My mom loved it, my mother in law loved it, and then we told it to my father in law and he pointed out that it sounds exactly like our dog’s name 😆😆😫😫

I CANT STOP calling our son Avi but my husband has put the kibosh on it because our dog’s name is Evie (eh-vee).

Stubbornly, I’m saying it doesn’t sound similar enough (it totally does) to not stick with it, but damn it, how did no one else see this before we were so invested in the name?! At least I’m only 17 weeks along so we have plentyyyy of time to find a new one.
