Mom meetups

Oh god no! That’s way to much commitment for us lol

I've been to two ABA (Australian breastfeeding association) meetings, they are every fortnight and starting in March I'm going to a parent's group that runs for 6 weeks by the hospital. They're all on weekdays so I'll never be able to attend when I go back to work in May so I'm trying to make mum friends but I'm a lot younger (22) than all the other mums so they're becoming friends with each other because they're all similar ages 😕

I have been going to La Leche League meetings and have met some moms with newborns through there. I also attended a baby wearing class in my area.

Search mom groups on Facebook in your area. There is a group here on fb that has over 1,000 people in it and sometimes people just post asking if anyone wants to have a play date or go get coffee or whatever
