Does cramping and slight bleeding mean I’m having a miscarriage? (8 weeks along)

Yep, call your ob for sure but cramping and bleeding aren’t necessarily signs. I had slight cramping with one, intense with another and bleeding old blood with both and they were both fine. Good luck

If ur cramps are severe and ur bleeding, I would be concerned.call ur ob tho. Bleeding during pregnancy is semi normal for a lot of us

How far along are you? Could be a cyst on your ovary. If the cramping and bleeding get worse go in as soon as possible.
