Hello guys,

I was wondering what your experience was with a new born? I am currently stressing because I don't know if I will have enough milk supply. I have been pumping and only a small amount of milk comes out..what can I do? I can't feed my baby because my nipples are so sore since no one at the hospital was able to show me properly how to breastfeed and I am afraid I will damage more tissue. How did everything turn out for you? Did you breastfeed or do formula?
