BFP, now what?

I got my positives today at 9 DPO! This is our first time TTC. We are ecstatic!! 
Now what?? According the app I’m  4 weeks. 
Too early for ultrasound? Should I do bloodwork?

The first step is blood work. Then go to see your OBGYN for an ultrasound between 8-12 weeks(Canada)

Call your doctor if you’re in the United States they’ll usually see you around eight weeks at least that’s when they saw me first with all six of my babies. possibly do a dating scan and blood work on your first or second appointment then you’ll go once a month if you’re low risk pregnancy until you get in your third trimester.

9dpo is about 3 weeks and 2 days. You are in week four.

Call your ob and set up an appointment.  They will do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy and most likely set the next few appointments.  Honestly there isnt much to be done in the 1st trimester.  You most likely wont get an ultrasound unless there is a medical necessity... you'll be prescribed your prenatal vitamins and discuss pregnancy and that is about it!
