New Zika regulations

We were going to go to Bahamas because it was a non Zika zone. But now it’s purple. We were also waiting because my husband went to Brazil and now that’s purple. And the US is purple ??

So confused. This was updated by the CDC today. It’s says on the website purple “Prevent mosquito bites. Use condoms or do not have sex for at least 3 months after return.”
