Did you guys give yourselves progesterone or did someone else do it for you?

It is better someone doing it coz it will be irritated if inject to the same spot every day. You need to rub it too otherwise it may have lumps. I did mind for 10 weeks and my husband did it every time. I’m so glad I finished at 10 weeks. Good luck for your pregnancy:)

I do the pio injections myself. My husband is squeamish, plus I feel like it hurts less when I do it myself.

My husband did most of mine, but I had to do some because he was traveling.  I really don't like giving myself IM shots.
