1 week old fighting sleep

My daughter is fighting sleep hard. Any suggestions on how I can get her to sleep? She's nursing, pooping and lays awake on my chest. She cries as soon as I put her down. I figured just cuddle and rock her but she gets fussy after a while and the feeding, pooping and laying awake cycle starts all over
