Decaf coffee in pregnancy?

Everything in moderation. Regular coffee is safe too. They say to keep limits to 200mg of caffeine a day.

Decaf still has caffeine in just not as much so it's fine to drink as long as you're not drinking loads of it and constantly

From what I understand, in order to decaffeinate coffee, it has to go through a chemical process that isn't so good for you, pregnant or not. I'd personally rather have the allotted caffeine amount in a smaller quantity of regular coffee than drink decaf.

You need 2 cups of water to make up for 1 cup of coffee just be aware of that.

I’m drinking regular coffee while reading this lol. Coffee is fine regular or decaf but like everything just take it in moderation. 200mg of caffeine is more than one cup of regular coffee.

I've just switched to decaf mostly because caffeinated coffee started making me feel reaaallly weird. But decaf has been great and I can drink more of it. Lol
