Calf cramping like I worked out?

Did anyone else get sore/crampy calves in early pregnancy? Feels like I did some leg presses and I most certainly have not 😂

If you are having a lot of morning sickness, it could be related to electrolyte imbalances, particularly potassium and magnesium.  Make sure you are keeping extra hydrated and taking your prenatal.  Otherwise, just listen to your body.
You may find it helpful to soak in magnesium salts after a work out.  Just your legs- won’t hurt the baby

Holy crap! Hate those!!! Happened often during my eighth month of pregnancy 😡. It would attack me in the early mornings at like 3am🤷🏽‍♀️
