What's this in my ultrasound? Bottom right

What's the bottom right black oval? Ultrasound tech said there's only one baby and heartbeat. 
This is an 8 week scan.
Edit: I haven't got the full report so I have no clue.

Could also be a cyst but if it was they would write that in the report. So maybe not

Maybe an ovary or part of your bladder or any random thing our body has lol

It’s one of your organs. Not sure which one bc idk where the tech was holding the wand but it might be your bladder or a kidney or something.

Could possible be the yolk sac especially at 8 weeks. It provides the nutrients until the placenta is fully formed.
