Clomid & Femera/Letrozole DIDN’T WORK! Now what?

Question

I didn’t ovulate on Clomid or Femera/Letrozole. 
What worked for you after these two failed?

I did clomid/Letrozole for 5 cycles and 3 IUIs with no success. 
We just moved onto injectibles (100iu follistim) with novarel trigger and I go Monday for a booster. We have enough injectibles to last us a another cycle or 2 if this fails before we decide what to do next.
