Any reviews on this breast pump? I am expecting my first baby in 5 weeks and know nothing about breastfeeding, I am wondering if anyone has used this breast pump and if they recommend it? I got this one free through my insurance.

I have this and like it - easy to use and fairly quiet

Have not heard anything on this.  Many women have said they love the spectra. I had the medela and it was fine for what I needed.
